UFG Real Estate

The UFG Real Estate funds for institutional investors focus on investing
in Russian commercial real-estate, primarily located in Moscow and St. Petersburg,
that can produce strong operating cashflows and operational improvements
over the period of ownership. The four UFG Real Estate funds have a total
of $530 million of investments and commitments. UFG Real Estate
also offers co-investment opportunities on larger deals.

Director

Denis Martynov joined UFG Asset Management in 2007. Mr. Martynov has extensive knowledge in civil, corporate, tax and real estate law and has advised on acquisition of real estate, structuring of investment and development projects, real estate financing, and property management.

Prior to joining UFG in 2007, he worked for one of the leading sales and development companies in Moscow. In 2003–2006, Mr. Martynov worked as a civil servant in the Department of Construction and Overseas Property of the Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, providing legal support on acquisition of real estate and investment projects.

Mr. Martynov holds a Master’s degree in Law, from Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Tatiana Konina

Director

Tatiana Konina joined UFG in 2010. She is responsible for financial analysis, real estate market financing and deals structuring.

Prior to joining UFG she worked in such companies as Deutsche Bank and Multinational Logistics Partnership as a financial analyst.

Ms. Konina graduated with honors from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Ivan Sibiryakov
Ivan Sibiryakov
Chief Facility Officer

Ivan Sibiryakov joined UFG in 2011 and has more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial property management business. Prior to joining UFG he worked at HSG Zander RUS (now Apleona HSG).

Mr. Sibiryakov graduated from Moscow University for the Humanities. He has CPM IREM (USA) degree.

Tatiana Scherbakova

Head of Accounting and Taxation

Tatiana joined UFG in 2009, and has more than 26 years’ experience in taxation and Russian Accounting Standards (RSA) in such companies as RDI group, Jewish Agency in Russia, etc. She is responsible for establishing an effective internal control system.

Tatiana Sherbakova graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics. She holds certificate of International Association for Accounting Education & Research (IAAER).

Pauline Gerasimenko
Pauline Gerasimenko
Managing Partner, UFG Asset Management

Pauline Gerasimenko joined the United Financial Group (UFG) in 2001. Ms. Gerasimenko is the Executive Managing Partner across UFG’s public markets funds, private equity, and real estate funds. Additionally, she is responsible for investor relations across the capital range.

Early in 2006, when UFG founders divested the investment banking business from UFG Asset Management, and subsequently sold 100% of UFG’s investment banking business to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Gerasimenko moved to Deutsche Bank during the integration stage of the combined Deutsche-UFG investment banking teams. At Deutsche Bank, Ms. Gerasimenko worked for over three years in the central management division. In May 2009, she re-joined UFG Asset Management.

Ms. Gerasimenko graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University with a degree in International Business, which included a study abroad program at the University of Texas. In addition to this, she holds a diploma from the American Business Program.

Adrian Parkinson
Adrian Parkinson
CFO, UFG Real Estate and UFG Private Equity

Adrian Parkinson joined UFG in 2009 after the integration of Delta Private Equity Partners (DPEP) with UFG Private Equity.

At DPEP, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, in 1989-1997 Mr. Parkinson worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), moving to Russia in 1995 as a manager specializing in financial services.

Mr. Parkinson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

He graduated with honors from Loughborough University, England, majoring in Accounting and Financial Management.
