Dimitri Elkin
Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director

Dimitri Elkin is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of UFG Private Equity. He has over ten years of extensive private equity investment experience in Russia and the US with such firms as Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Lehman Brothers. He began his career as management consultant with ATKearney. Mr. Elkin has a degree in mathematics from Moscow State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dmitry Khilov
Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director

Dmitry Khilov is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of UFG Private Equity. He has over ten years of investment experience with UFG, and was one of the founding members of the UFG asset management business. Mr. Khilov previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Russian Securities and Exchange Commission, and has also served in the Russian Ministry of Finance and was one of Russia’s representatives to the World Bank. He is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Finance.

Dominic Reed
Managing Director

Dominic Reed is Managing Director of UFG Private Equity. He has over fifteen years of operational and investment experience in the telecom and media industry, including ten years in Russia with such companies as Metromedia. Prior to arriving in Russia, he worked with NYNEX CableComms in the UK both in operational and corporate development roles. Mr. Reed has an MA from Cambridge University and an MBA from London Business School.
